Profile Studio sells digital avatar products and related creative assets. This policy explains how your order is processed, how digital files are delivered, and what to do if you need help accessing your purchase.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All products sold through Profile Studio are digital goods. No physical items are shipped. After your payment is confirmed, your digital files or download access will be made available through the website, your order page, or the email address used at checkout.
2. Order Processing
Most ready-made avatar products are fulfilled automatically after successful payment. In some cases, payment review, fraud checks, or technical processing may cause a short delay before download access is available.
3. Download Access
Once your order is complete, you can access your purchased files from your account or the order confirmation details. Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, as important order information may be sent there.
4. Custom Avatar Orders
If you purchase a custom avatar service, fulfillment begins after we receive the required order details, creative direction, and any reference materials needed to complete the work. Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the current production queue.
5. File Formats and Product Details
Product pages describe the available sizes, formats, and usage details for each item. Please review the product information before placing an order to make sure the files meet your needs.
6. Licensing and Use
Your purchase grants you the usage rights described on the product page or in the applicable license terms. Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital avatar does not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights to the artwork.
7. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If a payment is declined, cancelled, or not completed, the order will not be fulfilled. You may place a new order using a valid payment method.
8. Access Problems
If you cannot access your download, did not receive order information, or believe there is an issue with your files, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will help verify the order and restore access where appropriate.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited once files have been delivered or downloaded. Custom orders may also be non-refundable once production has started. Please review our refund policy or contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
