How can I use the avatars I purchase?
You can use avatars for your social media profiles, streaming platforms, games, forums, and other personal or community projects.
Do I own the copyright to the avatar after purchase?
No. Ready-made and custom avatars come with a non-exclusive licence for personal and commercial use under our Terms and Conditions. Copyright ownership, exclusivity, stand-alone resale and sublicensing are not included. Additional rights require a separate written agreement.
How do I get my avatar after payment?
Ready-made AI-generated avatars are available to download after confirmed payment. Custom Avatar includes one designer-drawn concept, two rounds of minor revisions and PNG and JPG files at 2048 × 2048 pixels. Custom files are delivered electronically within 10 working days after confirmed payment and receipt of your complete brief, not immediately. Changes to the brief must be agreed separately.
Can I request a refund?
